    • Celiac Disease Guideline Brief (Tutorial) - this tutorial Brief is intended to briefly highlights the recommendations and algorithms in the Celiac Disease Evidence Based Nutrition Practice Guideline to provide some insight into how these may be used in practice. The Brief is about 10 minutes in length and provides an audio/video tutorial  (Celiac Disease Brief Video)
       
    • Celiac Disease Evidence-based Nutrition Practice Toolkit - this toolkit is designed to assist the registered dietitian in applying the Academy's Celiac Disease Evidence-Based Nutrition Practice Guideline. This toolkit incudes material such as interactive sample documentation forms, encounter process instructions, adult and pediatric case studies and outcomes monitoring forms. It also includes multiple client education material such as Adding Oats to Your Gluten-free Diet, Dining Out, Cross Contamination, Does this Food Contain Gluten? and more.     • Celiac Disease Educator Module - this resource is designed for the busy educator.  Includes MS Word documents and PowerPoint files with Celiac Disease overview and instructions for navigating the EAL; student assignments including case studies and questions for classroom discussion or take home exam; graduate or advanced assignment on evaluating a research article using the evidence analysis process; grading key for both assignments; and includes 3 weeks access to the EAL for 30 students.

    • Improving Symptoms Through Gluten-free Living - a gluten-free diet is the primary treatment for celiac disease and gluten sensitivity. This brochure, designed for the general public, reviews what a gluten-free diet is and whether the diet works to alleviate the symptoms and conditions associated with the disease.
