In cognitively healthy adults, when both the intervention and comparison groups received ApoE genotype disclosure in relation to Alzheimer’s disease risk, there was no significant difference in anxiety or depression scores when participants received additional information on the relation of ApoE genotype to coronary artery disease and lifestyle strategies to reduce the frequency of coronary artery disease.
