Intervention
In adults who are healthy or have cardiometabolic risk factors, what are adverse events of nutrition and physical activity interventions provided by nutrition and/or exercise practitioners, compared to controls?

Conclusion
In adults who are healthy or have cardiometabolic risk factors, nutrition and physical interventions provided by qualified practitioners may result in little to no difference in adverse events, though postmenopausal women in an intervention group had reduced bone mineral density compared to the control group in one study.
