Inclusion Criteria:
Subjects should be 20 - 60 years of age, have a body mass index (BMI) >/=26 kg/m^2.
Exclusion Criteria:
Subjects were exlcuded if they have a history of chronic disease, including cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, and diabetes mellitus. Female subjects could not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
Research Purpose:
This study investigated the effects of a soy-based diet on weight management and body composition.
