Inclusion Criteria:
Children aged 2–18 years with a mean baseline BMI >99.6th percentile or >98th percentile with comorbidities were included. Multicomponent Interventions which included components of diet, physical activity and behaviour change were included. The intervention could also include pharmacotherapy for obesity, although pharmacotherapy only interventions were excluded. Interventions delivered by an MDT, including specialists or clinicians, are included. All study designs which reported weight change data of any duration and in any setting were included. Interventions based in the UK and published from 2005 onwards were included.
