Community dwelling patients; >/= 75 years old; at nutritional risk
Exclusion Criteria:
Diagnosis of cancer or liver disease; clinical depression; cognitive impairment (mmSE<23)' inability or unwillingness to sign an informed consent.
Research Purpose:
To determine the impact of an intensive nutritional intervention program led by a dietitian on the health and nutritional status of malnourished community dwelling older adults.
