Inclusion Criteria:
Aged 21–65 years, with a BMI of 30.0–44.9 and diagnosis of hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. At least two visits to the health center in the last 12 months, English fluency, ownership of a mobile phone, and willingness to send/receive three to nine text messages per week.
