Inclusion Criteria:
Adult overweight or obese patients with or without hypertension, type 2 diabetes melliutus, dyslipidemia, or cardiovascular disease were eligible.
Exclusion Criteria:
Subjects with cancer or chronic inflammatory diseases and pregnant women were excluded.
Research Purpose:
To evaluate the effects of Mediterranean diet on weight loss in a large population in a municipality setting.
