Inclusion Criteria:
Postmenopausal; age 47-58 years; sedentary lifestyle (not exercising > 30 minutes on >3 day/week) for the past 6 months; not taking any medication including lipid lowering agents, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, anti-hypertension drugs, and hormone-replacement therapy.
Exclusion Criteria:
Congestive heart failure; uncontrollable cardiac arrhythmias; hypertension; musculoskeletal disorders; intake of medications affect the endothelial function.
Research Purpose:
To evaluate the endothelial function and systemic inflammation response to weight loss in obese postmenopausal Saudi women
