Inclusion Criteria:
Male or female patients of non-childbearing potential, adult group with age range 18-70 years, BMI >/= 30kg/m2.
Exclusion Criteria:
Patients with diabetes complications such as diabetic nephropathy and diabetic foot, diabetes other than type 2, or other severe visceral organ disease were excluded. Patients with psychological disorders would also be excluded.
Research Purpose:
The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of care intervention, including dietary intervention, exercise intervention, and psychological intervention in obesity type 2 diabetic patients in a period of 12 months.
