Assessment of bone mineral density, height, and weight between vegans and non-vegans; case-controlled trial and the controls had no malignant disease; detailed data of studies must be completely provided in the experimental and control groups directly or indirectly; all studies had similar research methods and purposes.
Exclusion Criteria:
Repeat studies; no control group and research samples <10; incomplete description of data or unclear sample data; animal experimental research; articles composed of reviews, abstracts, discussions, letters, annotations, and case reports.
Research Purpose:
The aim of this study was to conduct a meta-analysis of the association of bone mineral density, height, and weight in different populations between vegans and non-vegans.
