Research Purpose:
This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of resistance training, nutritional supplementation, and resistance training plus nutritional supplementation on muscle strength, muscle mass, physical function, body mass index, and insulin resistance in dynapenic older adults with low protein intake.
Blinding efforts:
Researchers responsible for assessments were blind to the allocation group.
