Inclusion Criteria:
Overweight and class 1 obese black women aged 25 to 44 years, visited a member of the health center in the past 24 months, being a state resident, and being fluent in English.
Exclusion Criteria:
Pregnant, up to 12 months; postpartum, had a myocardial infarction or stroke in the past 2 years, or had any history of cognitive, developmental, or psychiatric disorders.
Research Purpose:
The aim of this study was to evaluate the costs and cost-effectiveness of a digital weight gain prevention intervention (Shape) for black women.
