  In adults who are healthy or have cardiometabolic risk factors, what is the effect of nutrition and physical activity interventions provided by nutrition and/or exercise practitioners, compared to controls, on fruit and vegetable intake?

  • Conclusion

    In adults who are healthy or have cardiometabolic risk factors, nutrition and physical activity interventions from qualified practitioners increase fruit and vegetable intake.
